Here’s some booking details to consider with our delivery and collection option

Your venue must be within a 1.5hr drive from our studio based in Kirkcaldy, Fife

Delivery Charge - £75, Collection Charge - £75 will be applied to all bookings

Your chosen decor will be dropped off at your venue on agreed date and time, no set up is included unless specified for larger items that require on site assembly

Set up of all remaining decor to be organised by yourself as required

Decor must be organised for collection in the same condition and location it was dropped of at the venue, a suitable collection time will be agreed with you in the run up to your day

All decor supplied by us is booked by you on a hire only basis and remains our property throughout the duration of your booking, A refundable damage/loss deposit is payable one month before your wedding to cover any losses or damage to our decor while out on hire to you. This will be returned once we have collected all items and checked they are in the same condition it was hired out.

The candles we supply are high quality LED candles, we do not allow the use of real candles anywhere near our decor, this is for fire and safety measures, but also ensures your decor looks as beautiful at the end of the evening as it did at the start.

Unfortunately, our Pampas decor is not suitable for outdoor ceremonies

If you wish to book us to supply the decor for your day, a deposit to secure your date is payable at time of booking

The remaining balance for your booking is payable on the 1st of the month, two months prior to your wedding date. For example, payment date of 1st March if your wedding is in May
