Here’s some booking details to consider
Your venue must be within a 1.5hr journey from our studio located in Kirkcaldy Fife
We have a fixed delivery, set up and collection charge of £250 for all bookings
Our initial setup covers setting up and staging all decor supplied by us in your venues main entrance area and ceremony spaces. If you would like us to remain / return to your venue to move and reset the decor from ceremony to reception spaces, we can do this however we charge a turnaround fee of £250 for doing this. Most venues are happy to do this for you, but you should confirm this with them in the run up to your day to avoid any miscommunication or confusion on the day
All decor supplied by us is booked by you on a hire only basis and remains our property throughout the duration of your booking, all items must remain in the venue and returned to us after the event. A refundable damage/loss deposit is payable one month before your wedding to cover any losses or damage to our decor while out on hire to you. This will be returned after your day provided everything is accounted for and in the condition we left it.
The candles we supply are high quality LED candles, we do not allow the use of real candles anywhere near our decor, this is for fire and safety measures, but also ensures your decor looks as beautiful at the end of the evening as it did at the start.
If you wish to book us to supply the decor for your day, the deposit to secure your date in our diary is £450
The remaining balance for your decor is payable two months before your wedding
You are welcome to visit our studio in the run up to your day to view your chosen collection in person
